Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

During new launches, sales, and peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to 29 other countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at hello@ettarowe.com and we'll do our best to help.

Fulfillment

Orders ship from either our U.S. or international warehouses depending on stock availability and which location gets your order to you fastest. Occasionally items from the same order may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery after processing:

United States: 7-12 business days
Everywhere else we ship: 7-12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and high-volume periods.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is out of our hands. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, email us at hello@ettarowe.com and we'll do what we can to assist.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hello@ettarowe.com and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes collected by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout.
