Response times
We reply to every email within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Messages sent over the weekend or on a holiday are answered the following business day.
During launches, sales, and peak seasons, replies may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

To help us sort things out as quickly as possible, please include:

- Photos, if you are reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
